Gemma is a counsellor with seven years’ experience working in the community mental health sector. During this time she has facilitated and coordinated programs for the Department of Corrective services and Mental Health Commission WA in suicide prevention, domestic violence and offender rehabilitation. Originally from the UK, she has lived in Perth for over 10 years and also spent time living in Spain. Prior to becoming a counsellor Gemma’s back ground is in Human Resources. Gemma is passionate about supporting others and exploring individuals’ mental health and wellbeing experiences.
Outside of work Gemma enjoys time at the beach, walking K9 friends, good food with friends, running, cycling and yoga.
Qualifications: Master of Counselling, Bachelor of Management Studies (HR and Spanish).
