As part of Wellbeing and Support's aim to promote mental health awareness among staff, volunteers and their families, we warmly invite you to attend our weekly Wellbeing Education Sessions. The team at WBS invites you to join our weekly online Wellbeing Education Sessions. These sessions are interactive learning spaces that promote mental health awareness amongst staff, volunteers and their families. Topics covered include Self-Compassion, Managing Stress, Gratitude, Think-Feel-Act, Self-Care, Supportive Conversations, Mindfulness, Belonging, Grief, Positive Psychology, Food 'n Mood, Understanding and Processing Distress and Belonging.
All sessions run from 1:30pm-2:30pm and available face-to-face (as circumstance allows) and via Microsoft Teams.
