About Rebecca Fitzpatrick

Rebecca Fitzpatrick is a highly accomplished psychologist and executive leader based in Perth, Australia. With over a decade of diverse experience across clinical, strategic, and leadership roles, she brings a depth of expertise in psychological practice, service innovation, and organisational development. She has consistently led large, multidisciplinary teams, improved clinical outcomes, driven business innovation, and represented organisations nationally through public speaking and sector advocacy.

Her qualifications include EMDR, DBT, CBT, and ACT training, alongside a Fellowship with the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and graduation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is also an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor and a strong advocate for culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice.

Rebecca is deeply committed to mental health access and innovation, having led telehealth initiatives, school-based programs, and inter-agency partnerships. Her leadership has been recognised through awards and speaking engagements, including presentations at national conferences and mentoring roles with Leadership WA.
