About Helen Bradley

Helen is a Clinical Psychologist. She has a wealth of experience working in rural, remote and urban environments. She works with a range of people across the lifespan who find themselves in transition in one way or another. She finds clients are often wanting to make change in their lives, but they feel stuck on how to move forward. Helen wants to empower individuals through knowing more about themselves and developing strategies to manage the emotional turmoil they experience now and in the future. She works with people presenting with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, fertility concerns, antental and post natal, and relationship distress. She has a particular interest in gender. Helen is highly skilled in trauma focused therapy including EMDR.
