Jeffery & Ree Clinical Psychologists

A team of 6 clinical psychologists offering appointments weekdays, evenings (Mon, Wed, and Thurs) and Saturdays.

We see children (from age 6), teenagers, families and adults.

We provide compassionate, confidential support to help people cope with distress and make positive changes in their life.

Each member of our team has had at least 6 years of formal university training and has registration as a clinical psychologist.

We see people presenting with issues such as:

• Depression/low mood
• Burnout/stress
• Anxiety (panic, social anxiety, chronic worry, post traumatic stress)
• Sleep problems (this is a particular area of specialty – please also see ‘Sleep Matters’)
• Low self confidence and self esteem
• Grief
• Life transitions (job loss, becoming parents
• Child behaviour problems/parenting coaching
• Childhood anxiety/low mood
• Eating disorders
• Lack of life direction
• Chronic fatigue
• Adjusting to chronic health concerns (eg chronic pain, irritable bowel syndrome)

We employ a ‘here and now’ approach to therapy, often using cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) as the main treatment form.
