Lana brings a rich and varied background that includes counselling, youth support, Ayurvedic medicine, and equine science. She weaves these experiences together to offer a holistic, person-centered approach to wellbeing, supporting individuals and communities with care and compassion.
Her journey into the wellness space was deepened through meaningful volunteer work with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) and a therapeutic riding centre, where she witnessed the powerful connection between people, animals, and healing. Lana joined St John WA in 2022 as a First Aid for Mental Health Facilitator, and in 2023 became part of the Wellbeing team, where she continues to hold space for others and walk alongside them in their personal journeys.
Lana believes that everyone holds their own answers, and that with the right support and a safe environment, people can reconnect with their inner strength and make meaningful changes. Outside of work, she feels most at home in nature, enjoys time with animals, loves to travel, and treasures time with her family.
