I am a registered psychologist offering one-on-one therapy for adults navigating a wide range of challenges and diagnoses. I have a special interest in supporting individuals with ADHD, particularly those who were diagnosed in adulthood and are now making sense of how their symptoms shape their experiences, emotions and behaviours. I also offer comprehensive ADHD assessments. Because ADHD is often misdiagnosed or exists alongside other difficulties, I am also passionate about supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), complex trauma as well as issues surrounding emotional dysregulation and women’s health.
