EAP is a confidential service designed to support both your personal and professional wellbeing. This includes:

• Operational effectiveness, including time management and organisation
• Neurodiversity-informed coaching, including strategies for ADHD and focus
• Strengthening leadership capability and decision-making under pressure
• Building on individual strengths and improving performance
• Support during periods of change or transition
How to access EAP:

• Services are available in-person at Wangara, Como and Albany or via telehealth for convenience.
• The team will find a psychologist that matches your needs and book you in. You only need to state which company you are from, the rest is confidential.
